Parking at garage P1 Witte Dame or P1 Mathildelaan. To exit the parking garage, you will be provided with a parking receipt at the registration desk.
All participants are required to register for the event. Speakers will be registered by the organization. Registration is only possible via this website.
On 4 November you can get your personal badge at the registration desk upon showing your entrance ticket.
Every sponsor receives a unique registration code for the Digital Twin Conference. Depending on your sponsor package you can register visitors free of charge (check your package for the number of entrance tickets you receive) or with a € 75 discount. You receive these unique codes by e-mail after your registration.
Important: Registration codes are only valid by preregistration until 3 November 2020
An entrance ticket includes: entrance to the conference, lunch and drinks all day. All entrance fees exclude VAT.

An entrance ticket includes: lunch and drinks all day.
Your package includes a workstation (4 m²) or floor space (9-12 m²), a high table and an electrical outlet. Free wifi is available at the venue. Check your sponsor confirmation mail for the exact size of your floor space.
If you would like to order extra stand materials, please do so on 17 October at the latest via email@example.com.
Building up on 31 October
Please announce your presence at the registration desk between 07:30 and 09:00 hours, so you can prepare your exhibition area.
From 17:15 hours onwards you are allowed to pack your materials. You are more than welcome to attend dinner at this time (please indicate this in your registration).
Loading and unloading materials
The venue does have a small elevator with the dimensions:

To load or unload materials, please navigate to P1 Witte Dame. You will then be at the back door of Igluu. From here you can call the reception of Igluu at +31 85 773 7703, and they will lower the barrier for entry into the parking area.
Parking receipts for the Witte Dame parking garage are available at the registration desk.
The distribution of brochures and leaflets is not allowed, unless approved by the organization. All promotional materials placed at the venue without permission will be removed.
